While pilgrim entry to the Nashik Kumbh Mela is free, bringing a vehicle into the city during peak festival days is heavily regulated. With millions of people walking the streets, the Nashik City Police implements strict "No Vehicle Zones" (NVZ) around the main bathing areas like Ramkund and Kushavarta.

Who Needs a Vehicle E-Pass?

During the critical Shahi Snan (Royal Bath) dates, only authorized vehicles will be allowed near the core ghats. You may need a vehicle e-pass if you fall into these categories:

• Local Residents: People living within the barricaded zones.
• Essential Services: Medical supply, food delivery, and emergency vehicles.
• Akhada Vehicles: Official vehicles of the Sadhus and religious processions.
• Media & Officials: Registered journalists and government duty officers.

Note: General tourists and pilgrims will likely have to park at designated outer parking rings and use the shuttle bus service.

How to Apply (When Available)

The Nashik Police and NTKMA have not yet opened the portal for 2027 vehicle e-passes. Based on previous events, the application process will likely be:
